Radish Days
Every year between August and September, in time for the radish harvesting period, the local inns and restaurants in Alta Val di Non/Deutschnonsberg offer special menus with a wide variety of radish-based dishes.
During the festival days, you have a choice from several different dishes, some traditional, some modern. Taste culinary delights such as radish balls, “tagliatelle al radicchio” or even radish-based sweets.
The healthy radish vegetable is particularly rich in vitamin C and thrives in Alta Val di Non/Deutschnonsberg thanks to the high altitude levels.
